The location - near to bus stops and train station - plenty to do. The Engadine travel pass card which gives free travel in the Engadine on buses, trains, mountain railways and cable cars. Local food.
On arrival day we weren't given information on all the hotel facilities - for instance it was by viewing the hotel web site whilst at the hotel that we saw a sauna and steam room was available for guests. Also at our first dinner we weren't confident that staff knew we had booked the 5 course menu, not the lighter menu. After the first day everything was fine.

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at a hotel in a beautiful location in Switzerland. The hotel was great value for money, with affordable prices for both the accommodation and the delicious meals included. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided in the room were exactly what I needed, and I appreciated the room's bathtub with a good view of the mountains. The breakfast included with my stay was also a fantastic added bonus.
I had a wonderful experience and have no complaints.

Hotel in excellent location. A comfortable room with good views and a balcony. Very clean accomodattion. Friendly helpful staff. Very good food. The pass for local trains, buses, cable cars and chairlifts was a real bonus which saved us a considerable amount of money.
The lack of a lounge for the use of residents, particularly in the evenings, was the only negative point.

Location! Perfect. The breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean. Also, there is a library to just chill out and relax.
Wish they has better pillows.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Pontresina and I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful experience. the location was perfect, situated in the charming Inn valley in Austria. The hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop and the local supermarket, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic, providing friendly and helpful service throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The basic amenities provided were great, with clean and comfortable rooms that even had bathtubs for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast included in the price. The buffet had a variety of options to choose from and the food was delicious. It was the perfect start to my day of adventures.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

From the outset, beginning with the transfer driver, every member of staff without fail made us welcome. This continued throughout our stay. The location was excellent, as was the view from our room, and the food provided at breakfasts and dinners. The free travel card for mountain railways, cable cars and public transport in the Engadine area is also a big incentive to return.

Stayed here for Christmas and loved it! The location was perfect - close to the bus stop and a nearby grocery store. The hotel provided us with a free transportation card for the area which made it easy to get around and saved us money. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options including hot breakfast upon request. Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful.
The hotel seemed a bit outdated and tired, with some areas feeling cluttered. The parking was limited and the outdoor parking was small, which made us pay for underground parking.

Located amidst the tranquil forests, this hotel was an ideal place to stay. It was a short walk to the ski lift at Celerina and the adjacent restaurant La Locanda. the room was small but cozy, with a clean and basic bathroom. the excellent service by the staff made up for the lack of luxury facilities. Breakfast buffet offered typical Swiss variety and seating area provided a breathtaking view of the mountains.
We did face one issue- the room was not soundproof and we could hear noises from the hallway.

Great location within the city and a reasonable price.
The room was disappointing and lacked basic amenities. There was mold in the bathroom, and the furniture looked outdated and broken.
